About Me

Hi there! My name is Daniel Szaloczi and I am a Revenue Operations professional based in Hungary, Budapest.

I live with my wife, Annamaria and our three daughters, Led, Maja and Lilla. In my spare time I enjoy playing board games, writing and playing my hangdrum.

I’m passionate about driving efficiency and functionality through smart, scalable processes. With a strong focus on aligning platform performance with business objectives, I thrive on solving complex challenges and continuously seek out ways to improve and innovate.

In my current role, I lead strategic initiatives in automation and process optimization, using technology and data-driven insights to streamline workflows and ensure seamless integration across systems. My goal is to enhance the impact of our marketing efforts by refining processes and leveraging automation to boost ROI.

Beyond automation, I lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving the customer experience. I work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and the Legal team to map out customer journeys and key touchpoints, while also overseeing the development and execution of robust data management strategies that uphold data quality, integrity, and compliance.

Integration of third-party tools and platforms within and with CRM systems, including API connections, data synchronization, and workflow automation with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong.

CRM Customisation

Tailoring CRM systems to fit specific business needs: custom fields, pipelines, user roles, automation rules, and dashboard/report creation to enhance usability and efficiency.
